At MTO Equestrian Supply, we want to make sure your order arrives quickly, safely, and hassle-free.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We ship within the United States using trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

  • Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping is calculated at checkout.

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders over $99 (before tax and after discounts).

Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Restrictions

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • For lost or delayed packages, please reach out to us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
